"Great location a block from the Gondola at Aspen. Walking distance from great restaurants, shopping and galleries. Grocery store across the street. Large and comfortable two bed, two bath condo; very nice and recently redecorated. View of the ski hill. Bright and sunny “great room”."

"The rooms were really old and had a run down feeling. The rugs were visibly dirty, the towels were cleaned, but had stains, and there was no clear statement (that I saw) that there is no elevator. The fireplace suites are not worth the extra cost-- the couches are old and discolored, and the fireplace was a stove- no instructions on how to use, etc. I was disappointed."

"The check - in process was very organized with coordination if after hours check-in was necessary. The room was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The location was wonderful to enjoy all amenities of downtown Aspen. Will definitely stay again. "

"Hotel Durant is lovely. Brian at the desk was knowledgeable and friendly. The continental breakfast included gluten free granola, hard boiled eggs, yogurt juice and coffee. No elevator so be ready to schlep to your room. Short walk to the main gondola at Aspen. Room was large, bed comfortable and shower had great pressure and hot water. Perfect for skiing! "
