After two weeks of staying at larger hotel chains paying three times the rate and being unsatisfied with management, service and overall treatment, I began to look elsewhere due to unforeseen circumstances that required extending my stay in Cleveland. "The room was nasty with blood the showers was not was disrespectful the bed was not made up and head it has Seamus names on in it the couches have blood on it we didn't have no remote to it the service I had to stand there in 15 minutes before somebody even came to to the desk I was very upset I want my money back"
