"This is a gem in the heart of downtown San Diego. Location, location, location is key! Transportation, grocery store, restaurant, all within walking distance. The place itself is modern and the views from the living room and bedrooms are breathtaking. Building is super secure with codes to enter parking structure, elevator and front door. Also was unaware that there was going to be construction in the alley behind the house. Also in the advertisement it didn’t say that there was a tenant on the second floor, but it was a non issue because we never heard a peep from them. Overall, it was a nice clean place and might lease again."

"Great place to stay in Del Mar! We are in Del Mar not infrequently for soccer tournaments. Not sure how we’ve never stayed here before. A bit dated, but tons of space, friendly staff, plenty of towels, directly on the beach, easy parking, walkable to all the cute shops and restaurants, and reasonably priced considering location and size of the apartment. Will absolutely book here again. "

"We loved our stay at Villa L'Auberge. Situated just down the hill from the main hotel, the Villas are spacious, newly updated and have nice outdoor patios. We got a great value for our travel dollar here. The unit fit our family of 3 comfortably for 4 nights and was a solid choice for a centrally located basecamp.
