Beautiful, spacious, luxury home! Sits back away from the road in a quiet wooded area. Large patio overlooking huge backyard and pond. Pool room with heated pool and hot tub. Amazing vacation home!!!
My family and I had this beautiful home for 4 nights and we had an amazing time. The house was breathtaking and the views were so so cool. The owners keeps the house very clean and responds with any questions you may have in a timely manner!!! Definitely recommend for a family get away!!!!

Perfect Spot for our Holiday Getaway
This was the perfect spot for our family (there were 9 of us) to celebrate Christmas together. This is the first year without my dad and we wanted to make new memories this year, but different ones because it seemed easier. This home was EXACTLY what we needed. It was beautiful, with little places to getaway from everyone for a bit and places to all be together. The fireplaces made everything extra cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals. The was also a short drive away from anything we could possibly need or want. I can't thank our hosts enough for the little Christmas touches they added (there was a beautiful tree) and for opening their amazing space up to us at the holidays. We would definitely return!

Great accommodations to attend the covered bridge festival!
House is absolutely gorgeous, and was well suited for the six of us. It was central to enjoying the covered bridge festivities, as well as other activities in the area. We would definitely book this house again if we come back to that area everyone had a great time and truly enjoyed the property. Joyce was very responsive and a great host.

Girls Weekend Retreat
Beautiful and serene. A perfect place for our girls weekend. Close enough to everything yet remote for privacy. We utilized every amenity from the pool to the work out room. Beautiful Home
House is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. Sirius XM throughout the house was a great surprise. Very quiet within the home; set away from the road so there is very little outside noise We spent a great deal of time in the pool which was a major part of the decision to stay here. Plenty of room throughout the home. We would have loved to have stayed a few more days.

Beautiful House
Ladies get away visiting wineries! House was well stocked. Nice not to worry about linens, towels,toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Plenty of rooms & bathrooms. Place was clean. The pool water was very warm however we never called to report that so not complaining just mentioning. As others have mentioned the well water did smell sometimes but we knew this going in. We had trouble with sound system in some rooms with volume however not important enough for us to contact owner for help. We had a great time & were happy with the accommodations!!

Great Getaway
Very impressed. Just as pictured. Felt like we were staying at a friend or relative's house. Directions for everything was written out and easy to understand. House is gorgeous. The land it is on is beautiful as well. Plenty of space to walk and relax outside if you never wanted to leave you could just stay at the house. It is about 25 min away from Geneva on the Lake or other towns. Does have well water - so if your not used to that they had water available for you to use. Pool and hot tub are great. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful hidden gem with all the amenities!
This is the 2nd time I've stayed in Joyce's home, and I'll definitely be booking again, as will some of the friends I stayed with. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has amenities galore. It's a perfect place to get away in northeast Ohio for true relaxation!

Beautiful home
The home is beautiful, spacious, quiet and off the road. Lots of silverware and kitchen items to cook. Loads of bathrooms a very good thing. Whole home xm stereo separate room volume controls was great. Pool water temperature was fantastic. Has a generator so if the power should go out while you are there you will still have power. There is a grounds person who resides on the property bur not in the home.

Girls weekend!
This house was the perfect home for our girls weekend away! It accommodated us better then we pictured! Everyone was so comfortable with so much space all around! We had a absolute blast and enjoyed the pool room! This location was still a perfect spot for us to be able to have a winery tour day and a night out on the strip. The home owners were so kind and quick to answer any of our questions. I highly recommend this house!

Comfortable Family Retreat Home
We had a lovely time here. Home is very nice, outside patio is wonderful and inside pool with hot tub a hit. Fifteen minutes to Walnut Beach which we enjoyed, guys golfed nearby and girls visited Rosabella Winery, only 11 minutes away. Very fun weekend!

This House was amazing and the pictures do not do it justice. It was perfect for our family gathering . This house had it all including indoor pool ,Jacuzzi the yard and all the amenities in the house made it incredible! The kitchen is fully stocked And the furniture and decor in the house is amazing and comfortable. Would totally recommend and we will be back

Absolutely gorgeous property!
We had so much fun at this property. We found it hard to leave with all the stuff to do! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Being able to play music throughout the property too was a great addition. I would love to stay here again, however for our group of guests we had a hard time with the water. I’ve been around well water before but this water had a very strong sulfur smell which made it difficult to enjoy using the amazing shower/bathtubs throughout the property. This was just a small minus in a great property! I would recommend to friends and family but tell them what to expect in regards to the water!

The house is spectacular! Very spacious, lots of room for our grandkids and us to spread out, hang out together and enjoy ourselves. The pool and hot tub was a popular spot. We loved eating outside on the patio. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful home! Everything we needed to cook, grill, and enjoy wonderful family time! We loved the pool, hot tub, extra large frig, and the waterfall pond (with frogs 🐸). Close to boat marina and Ashtabula harbor and wineries. I would definitely recommend this house! Thank you!
