Stay in the heart of Downtown Asheville in the beautiful 55 South Market building! Located just steps from the vibrant South Slope and Biltmore Avenue, this one-bedroom unit was built in 2018 and features designer furnishings, work by local artists, and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The unit has a king-sized bed in the bedroom along with a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and large shower to accommodate multiple guests. There's also a washer/dryer if you need to freshen up your wardrobe while you're here!

The 55 South Market building is a residential condo development completed in 2018. The first two levels are reserved for short-term guests, and the upper floors are all owner-occupied or rented long-term. Modern and luxurious, the eco-friendly condos feature 10' ceilings, smart home technology, and beautifully chosen finishes. The 70-unit building also offers guests an expansive indoor/outdoor community area with fire table seating, gaming area, and grilling station.

Shortly before your arrival date, you will receive codes for the parking garage, exterior/interior building doors, and the condo door. We'll also be around to assist should you run into any issues!

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Stocked!
We so enjoyed our four nights at Lauren's place. Communication was great, the bed was so comfy, and so many nice touches made us feel right at home. The included parking right at the building was super convenient. As coffee lovers, we REALLY appreciated the nicely stocked coffee station. The location of the flat is so walkable to all that is fantastic about the city...just a few blocks to so many sights and restaurants! This was our first trip to Asheville and we are already planning a return trip - what a fantastic city! We can't believe the devastation that Hurricane Helene has brought...we were there only a week before the storm. Our thoughts and prayers (and donations) are with all of western NC and we hope that you are back to a new normal very soon. Book this property...you won't regret it!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! The bed was super comfy. Stocked with a lot of great coffee and tea options. The only thing we noticed was that the barn door from the bedroom to the bathroom did not fully close, leaving a gap. Not a huge deal at all. I would definitely stay there again. Overall a lovely place and convenient to downtown!

Exactly as described -- perfect for downtown Asheville
This place is a jewel -- spotless, well supplied, complete with full kitchen and appliances. It's 2+ blocks from Pack Square -- we easily walked to Grove Arcade and the Basilica St. Lawrence. There are dozens of fine dining experiences (and even more great less-than-upscale eateries). A rooftop bar with a vista of the town and mountains was also a short walk away. Check-in and access procedures were new to us (app-driven), but worked fine. We even charged our EV in their parking area! Lauren was thorough and responsive, and everything worked as intended.

This is a great location. The entirety of downtown Asheville is walkable from here. The onsite parking is very convenient, and the condo was clean and comfortable. This was our second time staying in this unit.

Perfect location in town!
A friend and I stayed here to attend an event downtown, and this place was within easy walking distance of the venue, shopping, restaurants, etc. Will probably try to stay here again when attending similar events in the area!

Great place and location
