"Lovely small home located right on Lake Blackshear with a very nice fenced yard & a covered dock out back, sitting area and you can fish right from it. Although, we did take fishing equipment we did not fish so sadly no fishing report. The home is located in what I would call an upscale community. "We were evacuating from a hurricane and this house was a safe place to stay. All necessities were there, but it IS an older home and comes with all that entails. Creaky floors and settling noises. Doors were not air tight, so on the warmer nights bugs were abundant and able to get in. The location was nice, although not near anything. Fenced in yard was good for the dog. "From the second you turn into the driveway it feels like home. The owners take such good care of the property and there's the most beautiful giant rose bush near the back porch. Everything is a delight. The house is super clean and has adorable decorations plus there's plenty of games to play that are provided. I just can't say enough nice things about Scott and Georgianna, they really are wonderful people and you'll never want to leave. I can't wait until we can come back next year "
