« Mariel and Dirk were absolutely wonderful hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. The room was as nice as a 5 star hotel in Aruba but much more affordable. Mariel was very helpful when Expedia had made an error in our reservation which resulted in a very quick resolution. I would whole-heartedly recommend the Aloe B&B and would stay there again. »

« My wife and I have always stayed at a timeshare exchange unit when visiting Aruba. This time, however, we decided to arrive a day early. For the first time we would need to find an alternate accommodation for one night only. « This property is in the gated Tierra del Sol community, which was important to us for safety reasons. The location is perfect - close to local beaches and great dining. Property owner supplied beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. The place itself was clean and comfortable inside and out. The best feature was the giant private pool, great for rest and relaxation. Only things missing were a dishwasher and washer/dryer. »

« We were somewhat disappointed by the accommodations as the kitchen facilities were lacking, there was no hot water as stated in the property details and the bed was somewhat hard….however we made the best of our stay as we weren’t in the room a lot. Really…hot water (lack of it) was not an issue as the water was warm enough that it felt good to have a shower. Our host….Teresa did not realize that hot water was not running into the Casita. « When you can reach, they are very pleasant and try to be accommodating. Access is limited to ringing a bell and is not always monitored, nor is the phone. though the water is warm, there is only water flow, not temperature control »
