0 flexibility from the hotel staff about quite a few things, for instance 140 usd penalty after checking out 40 minutes late after a 12 day stay at the hotel, which only after negotiating I could bring down to 60 usd.
Or not getting any lenience when I wanted to cancel 1 of the 12 nights booked (Expedia and the hotel simply blamed each other and said the other party would not allow it)
Small annoyances like having to leave an obligatory 450 usd depósit for extra charges which was not valid in any of the restaurants, or surcharges for things like a robe in the spa.
