« Nice updates to interior of home. Exterior less so. Need some updates to kitchen pots/pans. We enjoy cooking on trips. Anti-stick completely gone on some cookware making cleaning nearly impossible. Needed sponge to aide cleaning and brush for cleaning glasses/cups. Kitchen towels would be a plus. Needed salt and pepper in spice cabinet. We bought cheap set and left them for next guest. Road noise at night measureable affecting sleep in front bedroom as windows seem to be single pane...

« Accurate online description of the property. Just enough space for a couple and great value overall. Property was clean when we arrived and check-in was easy. Host was responsive and helpful during our stay. The bathroom is tight but has everything needed for showering, brushing your teeth, and using the restroom. Fully functional kitchen with size fridge was great. Would recommend stay to family and friends. The neighborhood isn't the best but not a huge deal as we were gone from the rental...

« We absolutely loved our stay here. The house has a very clean and cozy feel. We loved the layout, wood floors, spacious rooms, sunroom, and kitchen. We need to travel with our own food due to medical needs, so I especially loved the kitchen and its built-in pantry and nice fridge. The beds are all extremely comfortable. The location is convenient to attractions and shopping. Be sure to head over to the city park by the water that's super close by. »

« This was a great location for us to stay while exploring Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns. It would be doable but a long day to hit White Sands from here as well. The house was great! »

« We loved our stay at this home. The property was beautiful. There was plenty of room for myself my husband and my mother-in-law. It was clean and in a very pretty neighborhood. The property manager was easy to get a hold of. She kept in contact with me prior to the stay and had everything ready for us when we got to the property. I would highly recommend this property for a family. We absolutely enjoyed it and if we are ever through Carlsbad again, we will try to acquire this property once...

« The owners truly considered every detail. Was a great property for us and plenty of entertainment options for my big kids. »

« Poor, unattractive neighborhood, dirt front yard without any landscaping and an old Dryer sitting on front porch, near front door. Living room looks baron with only a couch against one wall and TV. on the opposing wall. It is the only TV in the house, none in any bedroom, no dishwasher, no family dining area, no mirror in master bedroom, not even in connected half bath (over the sink?). Toilet paper too far to reach in main bathroom. Completely disappointed in property and price. »
