"We had a trip of six guys, three father and son groups, to the hill country planned and found this rental which worked out perfect for us. The house and bunk house were very accommodating, clean and comfortable. The location outside of Llano was perfect. The property is in an area along the river that was very scenic with deer in the yard everyday. There are neighbors, but we never saw them and my guess is they are mostly getaway type places. I would recommend for your next trip. "

"We loved the fact we could check in early. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's a small motel and had all the basics. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast but for the good price we went and got breakfast each morning. "

"We tremendously enjoyed our stay! Very quiet and peaceful location with everything you need and not far from town/ either Fredericksburg or Llano. We enjoyed the birds , cats and occasional racoon visits. There was a fire ban so we couldn’t use the fire pit but we brought a portable stove and cooked a few mornings and nights. We plan to come back! Highly recommend place to stay! "
