"People were friendly. Charged us before we ever arrived and included the parking fee. Not sure what would have happened if we would have used a ride-share service to get there. Hotel is being renovated. Room was very nice and very large. Beds were alright, pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, but they used powdered eggs. Would stay here again. Great location. "

"Only disappointment was our waitress in the lobby restaurant. After being ignored for over 30 minutes we requested the manager. He promptly came to our table and listened to our problem. He was very apologetic and offered a solution that was more than acceptable. We went to a more casual restaurant on an upper floor. I don’t know if the manager downstairs let them know we were headed that way or not but the service there was impeccable. The food was excellent too."
