"This beautiful chalet is located in the perfect spot. It was easy to ski in/out, walk to the village, tube town and even skating. We had 10 adults, 2 children and a baby and we never felt crowded. We especially enjoyed sitting all together at the table for meals. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there for us. We would absolutely book again. "

"We were very disappointed with this property from the moment we got there. The photos on line show beautiful flower baskets around the property. They are all dead and filled with actual garbage. The yard has garbage lying around. Broken hot tub, broken shed and doors, not kept up. The railing outside is loose, garbage under the stairs. We found a dirty diaper in our room, used Kleenex behind our bed, stained towels throughout the home. No screens on the windows so you can’t open them without...

"We have rented various properties at Silver Star over the last 18 winters and, even though the majority of them have been good, this one is the pick of the bunch.A few reviewers note the stairs to get in, but once you're unpacked and loaded in, then that's you in! Besides, if you're up skiing then you should be in a decent enough shape to get up and down them! The benefit of the property being elevated is that it then has amazing uninterrupted views, but, critically, is only about 15' away...

"This is a great house to stay in SilverStar. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a separate TV area and delightful living/dining area with fireplace and magnificent views over the Monashee Mountains. The separate ski room is a plus. Private hot tub with great views.5 minute walk into village. Easy ski in. Ski out has 2 options, walk 80 metres up a slight incline to top of silverwood chair or ski into village, but you have to walk across a road.Host very responsive to any request.Highly recommended...

"This home easily accommodated our large group (ages 21-85) very comfortably. So wonderful to have an adjoining bathroom for each bedroom and an additional bathroom for the hot tub crowd. We also found the home to be very sound insulated. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of towels and bedding. Parking perfect."
