"Love this hotel "

"Comfortable bed. Clean bedding. king size room could have been larger but we had a wonderful view of river walk from highest floor. The Shower temperature was difficult to manage. Turn knob had to be slightly tapped just so to dial in just enough heat to not give you a scald burn. Took several attempts and finally I just settled on a water temperature that wouldn’t burn my skin but also wasn’t very warm either. Hallway walls and flooring need updates. "

"Great affordable after Christmas stay right off of Michigan avenue. Big, clean, comfortable room with king bed. 2 minute walk to the Hancock building, 4 minutes to Gibson’s, 4 minutes to the water tower. Only down part was they didn’t clean our room or change our bath towels and we had to ask at the desk for clean ones. "

"Television reception was spotty and there were dogs in rooms that were loud but otherwise, it was a good stay"
