Modern House next to Sea and Nature at Ierissos

A recently rennovated, spacious and fully equipped two-floor house in Ierissos village awaits for your careless summer holidays. Set from scratch in order to meet best guests requirements for a short or even an extended stay. Located in a natural environment at a housing estate with entry permit for residents only you can enjoy the almost “private” beach with crystal clear water just 250 meters from your doorstep.
The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and there is also a sofa that unfolds and turns into a large single bed. On the outside there are two balconies with chairs and tables where you can enjoy your coffee. The best spot for a dinner, gatherings or Bbq's is the area underneath the shady kiosk by the green grass. There, almost all day and night you can rest enjoying in calmness the natural environment around you. The house usually stays pretty fresh even at the warmest days of summer especially at the ground floor, and for the living room there is a brand new AC. Wifi is working fine and there  was never any any complains.
The surrounding area includes the villages of Nea Roda, Ouranoupol and Ierissos but also the little beautiful island of Ammouliani. There are organized daily boat trips to Mount Athos giving you the opportunity to gaze the impressive Monasteries from a distance. Furthermore, Aristotele's village, Stagira, is just half an hour trip from here.
