"Firstly the staff at check in were excellent and secondly the room was lovely. The decor is stunning both in the foyer and the room. Everything was beautiful. Check out the next day was quick and easy. It was our first visit to Newcastle and will definately be back to stay for longer to be able to try the different styes of restaurants close to the hotel and take the walks around the parks. Can't wait "

The modern design and impeccable cleanliness stood out immediately, and the relaxing atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. The bathroom was one of my favorite parts – it had such a calming vibe, and the Byredo products were an absolute treat. It’s clear the hotel pays attention to every detail to ensure guests have the best experience. On top of all that, I accidentally left behind my favorite pillow, which I always bring with me when we travel. When I called the hotel, the staff were so kind and assured me it would be waiting for me on our way back home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious, thoughtful, and peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to return!"

"Even though the weather was atrocious poured from the minute we got there to after we left there was still plenty to do around the hotel and local Westfields. My kids still swam regardless of the weather. The pool and spa was a big winner. The Chophouse grill was stand out. We will definitely be back there again. "
