The best part about this property was its outstanding staff members. They went above and beyond with what little staff they had off for the holidays and made sure we were taken care of. The 4 star ratings that have been given to this property, however, needs to be revisited and reconsidered. The room I was given with my husband had a broken refrigerator, broken bedside lamp, broken bathroom heater, and stained furniture and curtains. Breakfast was also very limited, we paid €15 per person but I had to boil my own eggs and the food tray was never refilled with scrambled eggs- that was disappointing. Overall, the Augustin is not what is advertised as a 4 stars hotel- proceed when booking with caution.

Wow! It was amazing, nothing less. Very nice staff, beautiful rooms and common areas. I will certainly go back again. I recommend.

I like this hotel very much; however, the noise between the rooms needs to be addressed. You can very clearly hear your neighbors on either side.
