The main area is the cleanliness- the bedding on 2 of the 3 beds appeared to be used with *many* strands of hair and dirt on them, the oven looked pretty bad also- we chose not to use it because of the condition, and there was also a used razor and event bracelet left in the shower from someone else before we got there.
