"The staff were all very helpful although the front desk could have been a bit more friendly when we arrived. We arrived early and our room was ready well before check in and we were allowed access to all amenities while we waited. All of the food and beverage options were very good however I wished they offered a room service option and had insect repellent readily available at all of the outdoor dining locations as I was bitten by mosquitoes a great deal. "The multiple beaches/restaurants and the arrangement with the sister property (Pineapple Resort) was fantastic. All staff provided excellent customer service and went out their way to make sure we were taken care of. We could not compliment the property's general manager enough on how impressed we were with the property and staff. We've been to a number of Caribbean resorts, and this is one of the best."
