"House was very nice and convenient to the Common pool area and shopping area. Greatly appreciated the use of the bikes and the grill that were in the garage. The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. "This was such a nice fit for us. It is nicely decorated with tons of amenities. Good location with plenty of room for everyone. The double living rooms and large dining table were an added bonus. We had three teenagers with us so having options for them within walking distance was great!"

"Our family has been coming to Delaware for the past four years now. Our stay in Frankford at Millville By The Sea was just perfect. Such a quaint and comfortable home with quite a number of amenities: 2 pools, pickleball court, workout room at the clubhouse. Thank you for such a great time! "Overall we enjoyed the property. However there were a few things that could be addressed. The ice maker didn’t work. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries and others were corroded. There were 4 remotes for the TV but no instructions on which one did what. There was only a tiny bit of hand soap left in the master bath and the one in the secondary bath only had water in it. The shower door for the master bath doesn’t close and therefore gets the floor wet and slippery which caused me to fall."

"Home was as pictured. The screened in porch was a plus. The additional upstairs space for TV and quiet time was used often. I did not appreciate having to wash all bedding and towels the morning of departure which is why we left a day early."

"We just enjoyed a great vacation with 6 adults and 6 young kids. The pictures truly do not do this place justice. The indoor pool area is jaw dropping. It’s such a huge incredible space. The temps were freezing outside but inside the pool area it felt like we were in our own tropical resort. There’s plenty of room in the other parts of the house with multiple TVs and games to keep all ages happy. Consistently Wonderful Stays- Our Family Tradition

"This is our eighth time staying at this fantastic hotel in Rehoboth Beach, DE, and each visit has been consistently wonderful. We absolutely love the pool, hot tub, and steam room – they provide the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of Rehoboth, just steps away from the boardwalk, beach, charming shops, and a wide variety of restaurants. Our family has made it a tradition to visit twice a year, and we are always delighted by the warm hospitality and excellent amenities. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking to enjoy all that Rehoboth Beach has to offer."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The place is super trendy and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids and relaxing. I also loved the thoughtful touch of the drink voucher for the restaurant bar—though we didn’t get a chance to use it since we were with the kids, we definitely would have otherwise. The hotel’s design and decor were stylish and modern, creating a really cool atmosphere. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely return!"
