« We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee. »

« My partner and I were in San Francisco for the 2025 Game Developers Conference (GDC). The hosts were very polite, friendly, and attentive! They provided some snacks and plenty of coffee (MUCH appreciated) and graciously allowed my partner into the residence when he forgot his passcode. I highly recommend this residence, and extend many thanks to the hosts for their flexibility and patience with two midwestern tourists!! :) »

« I live in the neighborhood and booked for a friend who was visiting a couple days. She reported that the bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen had everything she needed including good coffee and the private patio space was an extra plus. The host was friendly and attentive. »

« It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! »

« This cute little hotel is located very close to the Chinatown gates, bus stops, restaurants. There is a little market up the road for some groceries and cold wine/beer. The pub next door has good food. It is an older building with a narrow winding staircase, but it does have an elevator. It does not have that old building smell, though! The room is spacious with large openable windows (no A/C). The sofabed in this suite is incredibly uncomfortable and needs replacing. Fortunately I only had to...

The listing makes the rooms look clean, but they’re disgusting and ours had a window leading to a ledge right outside the window that anyone could have come onto and broken in. No hot water, even after running it for five minutes. No Wi-Fi. Rude manager. »

« If you are looking for some beach time - this is the place. Great access to the beach. If the evenings/nights are chilly there is only 1 space heater so use accordingly. The sofa bed is lumpy but serviceable. The TV is in the bedroom and we could not get it to work. The owner offered suggestions but they did not work. "Très bon rapport qualité prix des chambres. Belle chambre. Un peu excentre Parking hors de prix à 50$ par jour. Petit déjeuner buffet très copieux et un peu cher. "

Un hôtel confortable à Fisherman's Wharf

"L'hôtel est très bien situé, près de Pier 39 et des attractions de la baie de San Francisco. Il est très bien relié aux transports collectifs. Les options de restauration sont nombreuses aux alentours. C'est un hôtel bien adapté aux familles, avec des chambres claires et bien agencées. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet varié et complet. On peut remarquer le souci de propreté mais aussi de préservation de l'environnement."
