"This was our first trip to Ecuador. We stayed our first two nights at Lugano Hotel, and we had a very positive experience! We arranged for airport pickup through the hotel ahead of time, and after flying all night, it was a welcome sight to have a driver with my name on a paper waiting for us! "The location is good. The receptionist was also very kind. We had to pay for the additional guest around 18 dollars. (I had booked one double room but for 1 person). The room offers plates and cups but they were dirty. In addition, the shower did not work correctly (it changed from cold to warm every 2 minutes).
