"Listing was not accurate. Stated 2 king size beds and a full. One king, one xl twin and a sofa bed. Pictures were not accurate, no hot water until we turned on hot water heater and the refrigerator wasn't even on. The view was spectacular though and neighbors were extremely friendly. Shower on lower level didn't drain well either. Owner was quick to respond to messages."

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... In den zwei Einzelzimmern (Kinderzimmern) gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur und locker 30 Grad Raumtemperatur dazu geführt hat, dass wir eine Matratze auf den Boden des Hauptschlafzimmers gelegt und so genächtigt haben - anders war es unzumutbar.
