"O hotel é bom mas precisa melhorar muito a alimentação, o fim de semana até que foi melhor, mas durante a semana as opções são bem ruins, apenas as sobremesas que são excelentes. Restaurante muito quente, eles falam que irão arrumar o ar condicionado mas não funciona, eu tive um problema com o quarto que a porta de acesso do quarto ao lado estava destrancada, eu pedi a chave eles falaram que foi perdida, pedi a troca de quarto eles não fizeram, mas disseram que o quarto ao lado ficaria bloqueado...

"Passei 2 diárias com meu esposo e filhos. Achamos a acomodação ótima, o hotel é muito limpo e bem cuidado. A comida é muito gostosa e os funcionários são solícitos e gentis. Sugiro melhorar a temperatura da piscina aquecida, pois no segundo dia estava fria, sem condições de uso, no dia mais frio que pesamos, e ter disponível, varal de chão para colocar nos quartos, pois as toalhas ficam muito molhadas e não temos onde pendura las e nem as roupas de banho. Ótimo custo benefício!"

"This was a pleasant stay. The rooms were a bit spartan (the hotel was constructed in 1960) But it was was clean and a great value for money. I was surprised to discover that in addition to breakfast, all the rest of our meals were included in the roof top restaurant, where the views were breath taking. The hotel is located right in the middle of the tourist area in Aguas de Lindoia. Walking distance to everything."
