"The property is ok. Breakfast buffet and service were excellent. Food and drinks are very expensive at restaurants and sport bar. There is no Jordanian food at the hotel restaurants. "

"Booked through Expedia, when arriving the hotel claimed to not have confirmation and were very rude trying to force us to repay. Once issue was resolved (between Expedia and hotel) we received no apology. Door key failed to work one night and had to spend 2 hours waiting for them to drill door open, forcing us to change rooms. Again poor communication throughout issue. Outside of these issues, the hotel was clean and provided all basic requirements, however photos do not match current...

Lovely long weekend stay at Corp Amman

"Had a lovely long weekend stay in Amman at Corp Amman. I arrived in the middle of the night following an early morning flight and Aman the Night Manager was available to check me in. High focus on hospitality here, with staff always ready to help you - be it with a drink, service to your room, carrying your bags or giving you directions/ making transport arrangements. Everyone is so polite and nice to you here. The hotel’s facilities were very good and I made use of the women’s steam room and sauna. There are separate facilities by gender available through the respective changing areas, so I was very comfortable with using these. There is also a gym and an outdoor pool. I’m not sure if there is a tipping culture in Jordan but I felt that the service was so great here that by the end of the weekend I definitely felt very sad that I hadn’t withdrawn extra JD from the bank the day before so I could leave more tips with the hotel staff on departure. I can still express my thanks to the team for making my first visit to Jordan a great and comfortable one, and I look forward to returning on future visits to Jordan."
