Excellent hotel in a well located area. Close to the Boulevard but also an easy taxi ride into the old town. The staff make the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help us (including arranging a shipment via DHL back to London for a spontaneous purchase!). Rooms are comfortable and clean and everything worked perfectly. There is a nice pool area and the gym was well equipped. We will definitely return when staying in Amman!

The experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, especially Alham from the reception, she was wonderful, and made us feel at home. The breakfast was phenomenal and had everything we needed and more. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and convenient. The location was superb, close to everything. Overall, everything was amazing, we weren’t disappointed and we would definitely be back again and again. Thank you!!

Unforgettable, a seamless check in and friendly staff during my entire week stay. It's perfectly located for outside food and shopping. The concierge at the front is very helpful with taxis and transports if you want tourist visits.
