Honestly, it was OK but there’s a few things that they need to work on. They should have a WhatsApp system where we can connect with employees when we need something in the room instead of walking all the way to the front desk to ask for a simple thing like a towel. Also the system of ordering is ridiculous. You have to sign on every order you ask for. For example, if you ask for white wine, they give you a paper to sign for it then if you ask for Water, you get another paper to sign for it so you get 5-6 papers to sign For a few things that you order. And you have to sign before the water even comes to you.

This is a gorgeous place to stay, 5 min outside the park. The tents are lovely, the staff extraordinary, the food excellent. The only complaint is that you have to buy all your drinks including even water.

This is a great place to stay in Amboseli. Located right outside the gate (less than 3 min to gate). The accommodations are great! The food and staff are great too! We had Benard as our driver and he was great as well! If you’re coming to Amboseli stay at Kibo, you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay at Kibo Safari Camp! We stayed for 5 nights and were made to feel very welcomed and at home! Dinner is amazing - there is a wood burning pizza oven and different grill stations! The bar area is beautiful and spacious. Our tent was very spacious and comfortable. It did not get cold at all, which was surprising!

The Kibo Safari lodge was amazing, it exceeded all of our expectations! The staff was super friendly, personable and attentive. The lodge was the exact outdoor safari style we were looking for! Will definitely return and recommend to all of our friends.

Located right next to the national park entrance, Kibo is a beautiful lodge. The staff at Kibo are amazing! The service that they offer is above and beyond. The tents are beautiful as well with great view of Mt Kilimanjaro. We had an fantastic time.

Located very close to the Amboseli park gate the property offers a very scenic resting place before or after the next safari. Having a friendly stuff, good food and comfortable tents it was a good pick for our stay during our Amboseli national park trip. Highly recommended.

Construction in lobby which is the only place the wifi works, which was very irritating. No non-dairy options for coffee and tea, not that hard to get almond, soy or rice milk. Felt like much of the staff was in training, which is not what I want to deal with. Most of the staff was very friendly. Food was ok, had vegan options. Wifi didn't work the whole first day, which is a nuisance when you are trying to download pictures from the day.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Service could of been a bit better. Not much to do in the area except safaris. Pool is very cold but nice. Food was good but always the same stuff every day.

Love our stay here. The tents are very comfortable and it was a real treat to stay here. The only downside is it that its a very big place and it can sometime feel like a school camp! But otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Food, showers, bed, staff all get a big tick Internet get a cross.

The tented lodges are locates just outside Amboseli. It is a large lodge with 85 tents, a spa, curio shop etc. very friendly staff. The buffet had a good selection of continental and african dishes.

Excellent Safari Camp! Great service!
Great camp. Benjamin was a great guide. Highly recommend Benjamin if you can request him. He made it his mission for us to get pictures with Mt. K and elephants. In addition Duncan and the staff were great. Highly recommend Kibo if you are visiting Amboselli.

This is a great permanent tented camp overlooking Mr. Kilimanjaro. The food is served buffet style with a very nice selection. The tents are clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent.
