"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"The house is spacious and clean. Well stocked. Great location. I would definitely rent it again. It would be helpful to have directions on how to operate air conditioner. Also, there are plenty of tvs but we couldn’t figure out what is available—cable? Netflix? I logged into my Hulu so we could watch tv. Everything else was great!"

"Like I mentioned before, this property is in a perfect location for going into downtown Mount Dora, we were there for the Art Festival and it is literally a 3 minute walk to all the stores and restaurants, parking was no problem for our two vehicles and the rental itself was perfect, two King beds,a kitchenette and a nice Porch to sit outside"

"It was a single wide modular home and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a little on the small size. It was very clean and the hosts were very nice. The house is close to stores and restaurants. There was a golf cart available to navigate around in the Villages which was very convenient. We would probably look for something a little bigger and stay for a longer time, if we decided to rent in the villages again."

"We had a great stay in Mount Dora at this snug cottage. The decor is charming and all that we needed was close at hand. Talia was great to work with and went out of her way when we ran into a couple of glitches. The location is close to the center of all that is happening. The neighborhood is a well kept historical Old Florida type style. We would stay here again and we would want to rent from Talia again."
