"The apartment is spacious and there is plenty of room for a family. The building is old and you can tell the owner did some updates, but it still has the bones of an older building. The interior stairs are older and have lots of wear on the treads so they are uneven, so if you have mobility issues, maybe do some research. "We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up.
