Nice hotel. Not nice valet

"My stay was amazing. Loved the moxy and will definitely be back. However, the valet service were very rude and using derogatory language towards my cab driver when he was waiting for me. When my cab reached the hotel and contacted me to come outside, they were rushing him and calling him names when there was literally one car behind my cab, on top of the fact that my cab moved up and out the way to not block the hotel’s entrance. The wait for me wasn’t long and once I came out i essentially had to relax the valet service gentleman who were doing extra unnecessary activities for no reason. This happened around 6 pm Friday. "
