"We had a wonderful stay in the seafront villa at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff we encountered were great. It was very nice that you were able to schedule your housekeeping anytime between 8am - 8pm as to not interrupt your day. Julio was great making sure we were well cared for, whether it was a room service order, or a maintenance request, he was responsive on WhatsApps within minutes. My husband and I enjoyed a great, relaxing 5 nights at Jaguar Reef and plan on returning again in December. This was our first time in Hopkins Belize but certainly won't be our last!"

"This was one of the most unique experiences of my life! We came to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday! The property is incredible! You are in the thickest jungle- with a creek running through the property to cool off in. The rooms have only screens- no windows. So you hear every jungle sound at night, including the howler monkeys! The staff was beyond hospitable and kind. They remembered our names and were very accommodating to our needs. They serve you breakfast and dinner with a set menu, and were even able to take my gluten allergy it to consideration. They offered transportation from the airport, for a fee, that helped ease our concerns on getting all the way there safely. We would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for adventure and something out of the ordinary! 10 out of 10 stars!! "

"We really enjoyed our Caves Branch stay. The staff were all exceptional and the ease of the meals (family style buffet) and tours made decision making really easy. Thanks to Arnold and Kenry for our river cave tubing tour. We learned a lot about Mayan history and Arnold was extremely patient with our slow moving family. Kenry helped my son jump into the river at the end of the tour. Cali at the bar was lovely as well, and the restaurant staff all referred to my daughter by name. I do think the friendliness and warmth of the staff sets this resort apart. My son loved the mini baguettes! Lastly, jungle critters are part of the experience and i appreciated the staff politely escorting them out of our cabana without mocking us. "

"I loved my stay here! The staff were incredible-- they were super helpful before and during my stay. Being in front of the beach was so lovely. It is worth the upgrade for the ocean-front room. If I turned my AC off, I could hear the waves at night. Note that this location is not *in* the town of Hopkins, but a bit away. The property has bikes you can borrow (free) to go into town. You can also ask for a taxi (paid). As a solo female traveler, I had no issues here and would recommend it to anyone. I would stay here again."

"Only one night for us, but enjoyed the resort. We arrived 2.5 hours before check in, but they provided us complimentary drinks so we went to the restaurant/bar and met King, the bartender. Really enjoyed our drinks while we chatted with him and he provided a recommendation to go visit the local chocolate company about 15 min away, which worked out for us. We were in the 1 BR, which is the upstairs of each building. Great space with a balcony looking out to the sea. Food was excellent in the restaurant and plenty of workers taking care of the grounds. Note - Sargassum was heavy - washed up in piles and still floating off the edge of the beach. The next morning they were working to clear the beach, but we were only there the one night. Nice touch was the robes in the room for use! Note - No ice machines available but was able to get some for our cooler from the restaurant before we hit the road. "

"This property is actually part of Jaguar Reef (a total of 3 resorts) with 2 pools, multiple bars, food options and the amazing dock bar. We had such a fantastic time here. It was relaxing, but also there are plenty of activity options to book if you want to fill your day. Our room was top notch and felt luxurious. We can't say enough nice things about the staff. They took great care of us, learned out names, and made us feel at home. The staff and the people of Belize in general, are such beautiful, kind, human beings. We are already talking about going back!"
