« Frank was an awesome host. The property was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is okay but I felt safe and there were security cameras on the property. The backyard was simple and fun. Overall a great place to stay if you need something small and clean. Just be aware you either have to pay a $1,500 not guaranteed refundable damage fee or $59 damage insurance. This fee is on top of all the other cleaning, property fee, and tax. Not terrible but just beware »

« please be careful if you stay at this place. It is unsafe. It’s right in a gang area neighborhood. Up the street food places, and Gas Station there’s homelessness., They were under the influence and just homelessness. The owners of this house refused to give back any kind of refund, even though we never checked into this property, beware of this property and the owner not a safe area to live. Even got confirmation from the neighbor, Miss Armstrong, who have lived there for 76 years beware. »
