"Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. Would have been nice to know upfront that the water was not potable. Nice touches with the set dining table and toiletries. View is amazing."

The cottage was exceptionally clean, cozy, and beautiful. We had one small hiccup with the heat, but the manager, David, showed up immediately and the problem was rectified promptly. I loved it and we would absolutely stay there again."

"We had a fantastic winter long weekend at the house with our teenage son. This was our second time staying here. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking our meals and the beds were very comfortable. We relaxed in front of the fireplace and stargazed in the hot tub. The nearby towns are full of great restaurants and bookstores. Our stay really was perfect and we can’t wait to return."

"Gray woods is a remarkable treasure. You walk in the door and feel instantly comfortable and at home. The views are stunning, the kitchen is better equipped than my own and I'm a great cook. "Everything was beyond expectations. The neighborhood was quiet. The stars were visible and a nice deck to enjoy the experience. Big back yard for the dogs to explore. The kitchen was large and well stocked. One of the best features was large windows throughout the house so you could take in stunning sunsets.We went to the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and it was a short drive away.The house is very classy and it has alot of interesting facts about its history.We would come back.
