"Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I didn’t use the spa facilities but I was given a tour and they looked fantastic. A shame I didn’t have enough time to partake. Breakfast was ok. I found the room very warm and needed to open the window during -15c to cool down a bit. The radiators didn’t seem to be adjustable."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The exterior is not new, but my room was nicely appointed. The water takes a very long time to get warm. Just when I was about to give up on it, it got better. Norice that I said warm. It never gets scalding hot, but it is good enough for me. The front desk usually has an English speaker available which helps a lot. "Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel.
