"I stayed here this past weekend and despite the rainy weather, had an incredible time! The cabin is homey and so sweet. Debra was so helpful and kind and reached out to let me know that she was available if my friend and I needed anything. She also left us some fresh chicken eggs to use, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend a friend to visit!"

We planned a weekend to stay in and this location was the perfect place to do so. Beautiful property and a wonderful tree with swing out back. "This property is right on the water, with a beach only at low tide. The view is magnificent, there are sea lions and other wildlife to see, it is quiet and peaceful. The place was truly immaculate, as well. The host was just attentive enough and the guidelines were clear and reasonable. I really can't say enough good about it and definitely plan to return. "We booked this property while taking a trip to the west side to visit family. We originally chose it because it was close to the zoo. The fact that it’s a completely remodeled, period style home was a quirky bonus, until we got there. Every detail was perfect, from the furniture down to music playing when we walked in. We’re already planning our next visit, but without the kids next time. "

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...
