Decent stay I didn’t like how the elevators weren’t properly working when we came back from dinner as well as our room key otherwise the hotel was clean & the jacuzzi was nice inside the room

Overall it was ok but it definitely needs updating and more care. Allot of the rooms have some sort of issues and the place isnt very clean. The staff is very sweet and helpful tho. You can tell they try the best with what they have. Ok for a quick stay.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Unfortunately, I made the wrong choice when booking this hotel. The cleanliness was far below my expectations. The floors, hallways, and carpets were noticeably dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the building. The customer service was also unacceptable, especially when requesting basic necessities such as clean towels and fresh bed sheets. breakfast was even horrible. On a positive note, the hotel was quiet and located in a decent area. However, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and overall condition of the building made my stay very disappointing. I expected a much better experience and would not recommend this hotel without significant improvements.

All of Dearborn is a 3rd world crap hole so finding hotels that are decent there is getting harder and harder. We've been coming up there every year for the last 16 years and the decline is readily apparent. That said this hotel is filthy and reeks of weed and smells awful. The staff is helpful and the breakfast was nice but its beyond just needing updated. Trash everywhere. Local "teens" partying, proping doors open to let others who aren't staying there in. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and stay in a nicer hotel.

Location and desk staff are all this hotel has going for it. It is in very run-down condition, needs major work and an overhaul. Plumbing in our vanity is all wrong resulting in only a trickle and f water available. Carpeting throughout is worn and dirty. Pot smoking odors are obvious throughout this property, inside and out. Desk staff, housekeepers, breakfast staff and maintenance staff are all friendly and responsive but are dealing with a property in need of a lot of work. It does not represent well the Choice brand or Comfort Inn & Suites name as indicated in tv ads and as we have experienced in many other cities.

The property is outdated, one of the Elevators was out of order and the maintenance of the property is a 5 out of 10, also the bathroom fan was broken and the television didn't work properly, it kept going in and out. One good thing it has a spacious parking lot.

The Hotel appears decent when you check in. The carpet throughout the hotel was dirty with stains and smelled like dogs the the elevator was hot. It appeared to be an extended stay. Our room was okay the sheets and bathroom was clean carpet dirty the T.V didn't work called the front desk and the man said he was the only one at work, so he couldn't help and the Toilet stop working the next morning the maintenance guy came and fixed the issues. The guest smoked weed outside in the back and just hanging around on the front it was the worst Hotel experience ever. I wasn't expecting 5 stars just a clean place to stay for my visit. We didn't dare to eat breakfast there and it was plenty of parking.

The room was very clean and well maintained each day. The front desk and all staff that I encountered were so nice and professional. My issues were that some of the public areas were not cleaned (sticky hallway floors and garbage bin left in the hallway overnight). My other complaint was that I got a suite with a jacuzzi tub for the purpose of soaking after a long day at work but the hot water didn’t even last for 5 minutes and the tub was ice cold once filled… bummer
