"Only a one night stay but clean and comfortable. Not sure whose idea a black light switch on a dark brown wall in the bathroom is, shaded from the outside light by the bathroom door - ended up leaving the light on all night. Bath towels very small which might be an eco decision but meant I used two instead of one."

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely."
