"Was easy check in. Had a room that was for disabled facilities for bathroom. Didn’t mind that but it flooded the whole floor. They managed change our room the next day which was a lot better so I them the staff for that. "

"Really nice hotel away from the crowds of the city center. The palace gardens are literally across the street and the subway stop is right on the corner. It’s very convenient. I had a premium room and it was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The included breakfast is substantial and is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only caution is to remember that Austria is very strict about running AC. It shuts off at night if the outside temperature drops below a certain point....

"It was a good experience overall. The room was modern and cosy at the same time. The bathroom contemporary that it didn't have a door, making it difficult for those sharing with kids or friends. Hotels should really look into this half glass door concept for shower as it is simply not practical as the water splashes out, making the whole bathroom wet. The shower had water clogged on the second day, which is a standard across all different hotels these days. Maybe hotels should supply the house...
