"Had appointment at Cleveland Clinic and hotel was conveniently located. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were quite a surprise and were excellent. Staff were tremendous and hotel was very comfortable. Will stay there again if we are back in that area. Would highly recommend you give this hotel a chance if you area staying in the Cleveland area. Whole building was clean and well maintained even though it was busy all weekend with families and it snowed most days. The floors were regular mopped and cleaned up.
