"Woa, this place is nice ! It used to be a motel, but do NOT deter you. Everything was impeccable and gorgeous. I ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and sat on the patio for a couple hours reading. Everything was just lovely ! Beautiful garden style patio with comfortable furniture. Elegant rooms and bathroom. This is almost like a small resort getaway. I will always stay here when I come to the Berks !!"

"We had a great stay. Out in room refrigerator was t working but after calling the front desk, it was quickly replaced. Shower head placement was a bit unusual but after the first night of limited hot water, it was back to hot the rest of our stay. Towels were replaced frequently. Beds were comfortable. The one thing needed is better soundproofing to limit the noise we heard in the hallway. "

"We arrived late, but Joe was there to greet us and get us settled. Room was decent, nice little stream running behind parking lot with fire pit and gazebo. Saw the pool but no time to go in. Breakfast was very good! Waffles and fresh strawberries and blueberries. Management was there taking care of dishes and wishing everyone a good morning. Highly recommend!"
