"Great position. Walking to all attractions very easy. Breakfasts were fine. Not the most flexible of offerings. Our request for high floor was accommodated. Shower really nice but hand basin hot water just tepid no matter how long it was run for. We took advantage of no cleaning of room in exchange for evening drink. We would stay again. Next visit will be in a warmer and brighter month. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. So clean and fresh. Very central to all yorks attractions and shops. Only thing I would say is that we had not been informed that you need to prebook parking at the the q park shambles car park. As we thought they'd be able to validate our parking ticket but on check out we were informed that this was no longer possible so we had to pay full price which worked out pretty expensive without the discount.
