"The location is prefect for walking around the Alishan. They also provide free shuttle buses. The staff and quality of service are excellent. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner a lots. However, there was some weird machinery noises at night. They were not loud but noticeable at quiet nights. Not sure it was related to the renovation or air conditioners. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if it fits to your budget. "

"This place is heaven. The owners are a lovely couple who are genuinely lovely people. They designed this place themselves and the attention to detail is evident. "The property is half way to the top of the mountain, so about an hour's driving from Jiaye. The suite we stay has two bedrooms, a shared washroom with two bidet toilets and a large shower. It also has a large living room and an open tea room that can be converted into a bed room. The suite is clean and very comfortable to stay for a family. The staffs were very friendly. One of the attractions of Alisan is sunrise, you can enjoy a cup of Alisan's green tea in their lounge at the sixth floor....
