"I liked that it was beautiful just like the pictures the restaurants were good but there was more older people like 30 to 50 year olds but the riu theme party u go to there’s young people and next door there a club u go to and there young people but other than that great place for couples and relax."

"It's very consistently good. Have been 4 times. Love the food, the staff, the amenities, the size of the resort, the entertainment. This time around there was some noticeable decline in the state of repair: elevators that weren't working, loud A/C unit in the room, some stains here and there. But overall so great. "

"We had the most lovely time at this resort. We were met with friendly and welcoming staff, such as Erick, who brought us in, completed check in and ensured we and our luggage made it to our room. The room itself was lovely, spacious and comfortable. It included all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping came by daily to clean up and re-stock our bottled water and mini bar. However, our balcony door did not open and close consistently and some of the door trim was falling off. The bathroom was lovely, but we had a few issues with plumbing and drainage. The bars had excellent hours and bartenders, especially Bar One, during both the day and night. They were easily accessible from anywhere in the resort. The entertainment staff were beyond amazing, especially Dennis, Daniel, Alex and Karla. The events were fun, and well-spaced throughout the day, with something for anyone. The pool area was very well-maintained and lovely. The pool staff, such as Eddie, were friendly and attentive. It was also nice to have servers, like Casanova, frequently circulating the pool and beach areas. There was a lot of food variety between all of the restaurants, and service was outstanding there as well. We especially appreciated Lorenzo and Chef Saul, who made our dining experience at Seasons and Frattini's the best we had. From start to finish of our 8-night stay, we kept saying that we would easily stay again. Thank you Sandos Cancún, p.s. please upgrade us to Royal Elite next stay."
