"My two business partners and I wanted to find a place to host a two day annual business retreat. We needed it to be close to Nashville and be large enough to host our families who were going to join us Friday night. Is was just going to be a big plus that it had a fire pit, hot tub, ping pong table, and that it was designed to the 9's in its own very specific way. This place did not disappoint at all. "We came in just behind a nice little snow storm for the area but that added to the ambience. This property is perfect right now (January) for a nice quiet retreat into the wilderness. The property manager, Linda, is very friendly, and truly cares about providing a happy and positive experience while you stay in the home. We came to the area for Burgess Falls (which was breathtaking… we did the hiking overlook trail and then also kayaked with a guide to the base of the falls) It was a great adventure. The property description lists Burgess as closer than it is… it is a 35-40 minute drive but worth it! "

"Everything was lovely!! The open concept worked perfectly! Only suggestions: it’s not as close to hiking as online states. There needs to be a handle on the primary bathroom door. Upstairs room, the door doesn’t close properly. Loved the hot tub and fire table! Everything was amazing!!"
