"First the positives. Lobby was beautiful, rooms were large and bathrooms updated. On the other hand, rooms were tired, carpet was worn/stained, heat was mediocre, there was a musty smell (and someone had forgotten to clean out the mini-fridge) and the beds sagged. I wanted to like this more for the historical aspect but this was more on "rundown" side than "faded grandeur." I would not not recommend it but I would tone down your expectations."
