"This is a beautiful and first-rate hotel. I'm baffled by reviews here complaining of poor maintenance, as we found everything in perfect repair and spotlessly clean. Our room was wonderful. My only disappointment was that the jacuzzi wasn't hot enough to really be therapeutic. The steam room was a great amenity.
