"As someone from Springfield, MO, staying a week at the Holiday Inn Express Fort Worth Downtown for the Bassmaster Classic, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! First off, the location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown Fort Worth, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, dining, and, of course, getting to all the Bassmaster Classic events. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service, which was a great bonus for getting around when I didn’t feel like walking. The service was top-notch—the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was recommendations for local restaurants or making sure my stay was comfortable, they went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax after long days at the tournament. The beds were especially comfortable, and the free hot breakfast every morning was a perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel was the ideal home base for a week in Fort Worth. If you’re coming for the Bassmaster Classic or any other event, I highly recommend it—great location, excellent service, and everything you need for a fantastic stay!"

"Room great, breakfast good and room service ok but did not get order correct and person read it back right just person in kitchen did not pay attention. Overall elect care. Wish the valet parking was included because it was a little expensive for valet and self park for price of room too. But had a great time. Oh the hot tub did not work and pool was cold so would be nice if that was advertised too . "

"I attended a weekend conference and made reservations at this motel. They were understaffed on the night that I checked in and so it took about an hour and a half for me to get my room. But I am still giving them a great rating because the lady that was working the front desk took the time to clean and to get my room prepped for me and my room was clean and comfortable. The front desk person did not rush to get my room clean and she went out if her way to make sure that my room was clean and comfortable and with no smoke smell as this has been an issue with other places that I have stayed in the past. The company needs stricter rules with employees not showing up, or for housekeeping staff who do not thoroughly clean rooms. The company also needs stricter regulations to ensure safety and comfort of other guest. For example, the company should charge other guests a penalty fee for people who decide to smoke in the rooms. Other guests who destroy or vandalize property should be sued, arrested, or banned to ensure safety and satisfaction of the good customers and guest who respect other guests and property. "
