"The Villa was perfect for what we needed, good quiet location close to the strip but not too close. Useful shops just round the corner. The pool area was fantastic, we paid for hot tub and pool heating and felt that was worth the extra as we used both everyday extensively. We did a lot of catering in the Villa and there is everything you need in the kitchen. We only used 2 of the rooms, the bunk bed room was a bit cramped with 2 sets of beds. Lounge was nice and comfy. "This villa has everything you need to have a break away, but within easy reach of the lovely resort of Olhos de Água. The check in and care offered was exceptional and the listing was clean and spotless. My only feedback would be that the villa could do with a minimal refresh to bring it back to being beautiful and up to date; but this is genuinely minor."

Lovely and spacious, clean and fully equipped Villa. 10-15 min stroll to local restaurants. 20 mins walk to supermarket. 20-25 min walk to local beach ( Bit hilly in places ) Towels changed half way through our stay. "Great place for a family reunion. Close to the beach, in the middle of the Algarve, pool, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful space for a large group. Pool guy was great, cleaning staff excellent. Needs a few things fixed: gate to parking area didn't work, fridges missing shelves and freezing open, toilet water leaking into pool, pool skimmer didn't work, air conditioner in one room didn't work. All reported on the first day but not fixed in a month stay."

"The stay was good but with some remarks: - some fourniture is outdated (chairs in kitchen and sofa ouside are worn out) - very bad smell in the washing room - you need a car for visiting the city (more than 30 minutes of walk) all issues and problems were solved quickly by the support and service team - very good communication"
