Crockery & Cutlery included as well as Cleaning Supplies (includes Vacuum Cleaner).

Swimming Pool: Common Pool located on the 10th floor (elevator to 9th floor).

Booking and Rental Conditions:
* Check in: after 16h00;
* Check out: until 10h00;
* Down payment: 25% upon booking and remaining 75% upon check-in. This 25% must be paid through HomeAway page, paying a Service Fee, so that you can benefit from the Reserve with Confidence Guarantee.
* Mode of payment: Bank transfer or cash;
* If more people are found than those informed when booking the stay may be canceled immediately without refund of the deposit;
* Cleaning: Performed prior to check-in.
* Clothes: Bed linen, face and bath towels and kitchen towels are included.
* Covered parking available for 40 € / week.
* In July and August, reservations are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.
