They have conference rooms that are the first option on expedia. Those are meeting rooms with no beds!!!. I was advertised a large room then they switched me to a regular size room. Old fixtures but a classic elegant feel. 7/10

Inadequate.
Pool was very nice, staff were professional, beds were clean, but that was about it. It’s an older property that needs a pick me up. Beds were very hard, shower was rough, lots of water damage behind the wall paper, could see mold behind it, tiles cracked, thermostat didn’t work. My 75 year old parents were freezing all night due to it being so cold in the room and being unable to change setting on thermostat. We saw a cockroach in the room when we were packing and heading out. Resulting in all of us having to spray and wash everything we own upon returning home to hopefully ensure we don’t bring anything unwanted home. We talked to front desk about temperature and bug and they apologized and checked us out. It could be a wonderful place but it’s not updated, things are very work. It looks nice, but upon further inspection it’s severely outdated and cheaply fixed. Pictures are deceiving and deceptive. Walmart brand water being sold for $3 while the vending machine sits in disrepair is not acceptable.

Room was very cold-the staff changed are room quickly-was disappointed that the restaurant was not open till late-did not have a vehicle-was hoping to eat breakfast/lunch there. Would be a plus to have some sort of dining available-especially for breakfast! Staff was very courteous.

Room was extremely outdated. Pure musk smell when we entered as soon as we turned the air on it went away. The bed if you moved you bounced in the air. Pillows were the cheap 4 dollar ones from Walmart. Manager got annoyed when staff repeated my card number like I was supposed to know what their “virtual card” was. Got hit with a fine print $25 dollar deposit making this brutal hotel room $200? No thanks makes the holiday inn look like a 5 star.

The woman at the desk when I checked in was nice and the check-in process went smoothly. The hotel rooms are dated - 1980s-ish. Didn't cause issues with my stay, but the place is dated.

We stayed at the Bethram with our infant. The hotel is beautiful and the room was spacious and clean. We did have to switch rooms after the first night because we were booked on the same floor with a large event that had a lot of loud kids running around until after midnight. They did switch our rooms after we asked but didn’t help with our baggage. Overall a good place to stay in Aurora.
