Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. "Comfortable apartment. A few minor details that had to be checked before our checkin. The bathroom sink and toilet seat needed some adjustment to work properly. There was water within the washer machine. There is no clothes dryer in the apartment. The bedroom can use a dresser but there isn’t room for that. Very friendly staff and parking lot attendants. Very close to highways and close to NYC. "

No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice...
